New generation Toyota Camry comes with full LED light package, to be based on TNGA platform.
New generation Toyota Camry has been gearing up to launch in India in coming months and the test mule of this sedan has been spied again during road tests. A heavily camouflaged test mule of the sedan reveals some bits of the car that we will see in the eighth generation model. The new generation Toyota Camry will come in India in hybrid guise only.
Speaking about the design, the new generation Toyota Camry comes with LED projector headlamps, LED daytime running lights, LED taillights, a revised front grille and updated bumpers. Also, new design alloy wheels add more style to the sedan. The car becomes sharper and sleeker with the new design updates. Not only at exterior, inside the cabin as well, it looks very appealing.
The new Camry will come with premium leather upholstery inside the cabin, while space too is expected to grow slightly. Also, there will be a host new features and technologies. Speaking about the new Camry’s powertrain, there will be a 2.5-litre petrol engine coupled with an electric motor. This powertrain will be mated to a CVT. We can expect the new Toyota Camry to hit the market sometime in early 2019.
