All-new Ford Figo comes with a host of changes inside out, new Dragon engine to be introduced
Ford India has revealed the all-new Ford Figo on social platform Tinder. However, the American car manufacturer will reveal the pricing of the hatchback on March 15, 2019. The all-new Ford Figo comes with an array of changes across exterior and interior. It appears more appealing and efficient compared to the outgoing model.
The all-new Ford Figo gets a new grille with chrome trim. It looks larger and sits perfectly adding boldness to the car. Also, the front bumper dons a revised appearance. There are new design 15-inch alloy wheels replacing the current model’s 14-inch wheels. However, despite these slight changes, the basic silhouette remains the same. There will be a dual-tone roof as well. Inside the cabin, the all-new Ford Figo adopts a host of changes.

The new Ford Figo boasts of a new floating dashtop touchscreen infotainment system with Ford SYNC3, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It is the same unit available in Ford Freestyle and Ford Aspire. Apart from that, seat and upholstery materials come with improved quality. The start/stop button, multifunction steering wheel, rain sensing wipers and automatic headlamps add zing to the cabin. Despite no change in dimension, the comfort and convenience of the car have increased.
On the safety front, the all-new Ford Figo gets ABS with EBD, class-leading 6 airbags, rear parking sensors and reverse parking camera, speed alert system etc. There is a big change on the powertrain front as well. The petrol powered model gets a Dragon series 1.2-litre unit coupled with a 5-speed manual gearbox. There will be an automatic transmission as well, combined with a 1.5-litre motor. A 1.5-litre diesel engine will be there as well.

Ford Figo has been one of the bestselling cars from the American brand. The updated model will certainly boost its sales further in the coming days.
