New Maruti Suzuki Ertiga will go on sale across India from November 21, 2018
New Maruti Suzuki Ertiga is available for booking at an amount of Rs 11,000. The seven-seater MPV comes with a host of changes across exterior, interior and on the mechanical front as well. The MPV will be sold through the Maruti Suzuki Arena dealerships. Already available in some South-East Asian markets, the new Maruti Suzuki Ertiga has become much more appealing compared to the current model thanks to the design and feature updates.
The new Ertiga gets a completely revised front fascia with sharper headlamps featuring projector units and a chrome finished updated front grille. The bumpers, alloy wheels too have received a new look. In terms of dimension as well, the new Maruti Suzuki Ertiga has become larger bigger and better.
Moving inside the cabin, the new Ertiga boasts faux wooden trim to become much more appealing and premium in terms of look, while the upmarket quality seat and upholstery materials make it classy. The new dashboard, updated steering wheel, fresh touchscreen infotainment system are there. Thanks to the dimensional increase, the new Ertiga offers more space to the occupants.
The new Maruti Suzuki Ertiga will be available in both petrol and diesel engine options. Also, this is going to be equipped with the SHVS technology for both petrol and diesel engines, just like the current Maruti Suzuki Ciaz. Interestingly, Maruti Suzuki has sold around 4.2 lakh units of the Ertiga in India and the new model is expected to boost this number significantly.
