Maruti Suzuki has finally launched its most waiting car of 2019 today. Yes, the most popular tallboy hatchback of India, the WagonR. The new WagonR price starts at Rs 4.19 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Speaking about the 2019 Maruti Suzuki WagonR, the car gets a revised front fascia with redesigned headlamps and front grille. It became sleeker and there is a slim horizontal chrome trim. Moving to side profile, new design wheel, turn indicator integrated wing mirrors add zing to the car. At the back, the new WagonR gets a big change in form of the vertically positioned taillights. Along with that, the shiny chrome bits add more appeal.
The 2019 Maruti Suzuki WagonR appears with around 30mm of extra space inside the cabin thanks to the dimensional change. The front and rear tracks have been increased. Narrowed engine compartment made more space for occupants and luggage in the cabin. This lightweight engine offers 10% extra mileage to the car that is based on the Suzuki Heartect platform. 40% high-strength tensile steel has been used to make the car rigid and lightweight. Both manual and AMT gearboxes are on offer. Standard safety features include driver airbag, ABS, EBD, seat belt reminder, speed alert system and rear parking sensors. So far, with this overall package, the new WagonR price seems very attractive.
